The model used in the discussion of this book is an adaptation of the phenomenon of metamorphosis, namely the change of a caterpillar into a cocoon, which then changes drastically into a butterfly. That's why this book is divided into three phases in its presentation, namely the caterpillar phase, the cocoon phase, and the butterfly phase.

In the caterpillar phase, teenagers like to underestimate and ignore small problems in everyday life, which are related to friendship to social life. This little problem is actually dangerous. These small problems include making the wrong friends, misinterpreting solidarity, being permissive towards a consumer culture, finding wrong solutions, building wrong habits, having wrong pride, and being reckless in managing emotions.

During the cocoon phase, adolescents begin to experience changes in behavior, thinking processes and acting processes. And inevitably have to change to save his future. The way we have to get to know ourselves, use our strengths, and change for the better.

In the Butterfly phase, it is time for teenagers to act to realize their abilities and potential in achieving great teenage goals. The way we have to have a strategy to be smart. Such as developing learning styles and learning skills. We must also develop superior character, such as spirituality, honesty, respect, responsibility, justice, caring, and being good citizens.
